At Scentonia, we want you to enjoy every candle you receive. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Due to the nature of handmade candles, returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the issue.

Refunds

  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  • Refunds are not available for candles that have been used, burned, or damaged after delivery.

Exchanges

  • If you received the wrong product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
