At Scentonia, we want you to enjoy every candle you receive. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Due to the nature of handmade candles, returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the issue.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Refunds are not available for candles that have been used, burned, or damaged after delivery.
If you received the wrong product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
